Unhelpful thoughts, unwise choices, honest mistakes, unforeseen change, traumatic pasts… Life will include very difficult circumstances. You may question your ability to change, lack clarity about which direction to go, and doubt whether you deserve something better.

I am not intimidated by your swirling circumstances. When I join you in the middle of that pain and confusion, I will offer a calming voice and an empowering perspective. You’ll learn to trust your strengths, grasp the resolve to change, and achieve a meaningful life.

I will provide a warm atmosphere, free of judgment and criticism. I want to come alongside you as you journey through life. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or you just need someone to listen, I am here for you.

I have experience working with both adolescents and adults. I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings. My broad range of experience will enable me to meet you wherever you find yourself and help you get to where you want to be in the future.
JEN ROZMAN
Jen holds these degrees and certifications:
Limited License Counselor (LLC)
Certified Health Coach
Certified Acceleration Resolution Therapy (ART) Provider
Integrative, connected, holistic, and person-centered are just some of the words that I would use to describe my therapeutic approach with my clients.

I believe that your body, mind, and spirit are all connected and play a crucial role in your healing journey, and understanding this connection can encourage you to thrive and heal on a deeper level.

Prior to pursuing my Practitioner’s license, I worked with clients as a Certified Health Coach. With a holistic lens and an integrative approach, I believe that one size does not fit all. Using mindfulness techniques and a combination of different theoretical approaches, a holistic approach can help with depression, anxiety, emotional difficulties, trauma, stress, family issues and work-related problems.

I want to provide a space where you can be fully present. My intent is to deeply listen so that you feel seen and heard.

I want to work with you to find treatment that is specifically tailored to meet your goals, make lasting change, and find ongoing healing.
GAIL GRETCHEN JOHNSON

Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Masters in Social Work
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW)
Do you need help to resolve anxiety and trauma, especially "stacked trauma"? I have a variety of approaches, which are frequently useful to people who have had recent or early traumas.

Different clients benefit from different tools, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), hypnosis, energy tapping, and relaxation. Your sessions will be tailored to your needs.

I have been a practicing therapist since 1997 and receive referrals from a wide variety of places and specialties. I am certified in Bessel van der Kolk's approach to trauma therapy. I teach DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) to groups. Neuroscience and psychology are rapidly advancing fields, and I continually search for and implement tools that will help people achieve body/brain balance.
When talking with your friends isn't enough...
Friends are great, especially when they’re good listeners. But your friends aren’t trained to offer you the help you really need. You can get coffee with your best friend, go shoot hoops with a buddy, or talk over dinner with your loved ones, but their advice is clouded with bias that can make you feel more confused than ever.

You need support as you figure out what you should do next in your life. You need an unbiased, safe person to walk with you through your struggles and empower you with the tools you need to regain clarity and direction.

Pivot’s counselors can give you the support you want, and the clarity you need.

When I first came to see my counselor, everything seemed so overwhelming. My days felt foggy and there were times when all that would pop into mind was "I don't want this anymore." Now that I've been seeing my counselor for several months, I'm so much more hopeful. I can face the challenges of my day, like work and parenting, and not have to numb out all of the time. I'm more engaged with my life,  and more connected to my family and friends. Working with my counselor through Pivot has saved me.
